Cacao has been an ancient sacred medicine of BriBri and Cabecar indigenous lands in Arà (Costa Rica, Talamanca) since the creation story of our people.
I honor the teachings of my elders and the community that have been shared with me for the past years.
Most of us have heard of this as a cacao ceremony, truly it is an intentional circle to connect us deeper with the Spirit of the Cacao, T´sirü as we call her in our tribe of the indigenous BriBri and Cabecar people of Talamanca.
We create safe containers for you and your circle of guests to join us in a profound heart opening experience.
From Storytelling sharing with you the ancestral knowledge of this spirit and her role in our world, the hidden messages of the medicine, the sounds of the soul in a shamanic display, a heart felt guided visualization to connect you and your group deeper into a state of love and peace.
We share with you a fruit that has been planted and harvested in our Bri Bri community in the Caribbean and by our families. We bring you the taste of the artesian woman & men of the tribe that are working together to gift us with T´sirü right at your hands.

We are sisters through our matriarchy lineage of the Bri Bri and Cabecar indigenous of Costa Rica, the largest indigenous population in the lands of Pura Vida. We want to share with you everything we have learned by connecting to cacao and the benefits it has for us. How to honor the medicine and the ancestral teachings of our elders and community is important and so we come as humble servants of T´sìrü (Cacao Spirit) to open the possibility for you to connect deeper to your heart, state of being and profound sense of knowing in gratitude of your beautiful self in all shapes and forms.
We work with the cacao that has been cultivated in the lands of Talamanca in the Caribbean side where our family is part of this circle of pure love.
We want to share with you the magic of cacao from the most authentic place for us, which is honouring our ancestors and share with you in simplicity and fullness.

Cacao was my first plant medicine. It connected me to my ancestors and placed me in the path to really do what I love doing, to feel from the heart and connect deeper to intuition, she was my first plant teacher.

Since 14 years of age I have been working with Cacao, I want to keep sharing the love I have for T´suru and bring healing and empower those who drink it, share it with more woman!

4 hours total for us to arrive and depart from location.
We will arrive 1.5 hour before the scheduled activity to organize the space in terms of energetic cleansing.
During this time we will prepare the cacao on site.
The overall cacao circle as we like to refer to it lasts 2 hours approx. if its a group of 15 ppl.

Space provides yoga mats, cushions or pillows for all participants.
Seating needs to be done in circle or half moon, this needs to be arranged prior to our arrival. Detail layout is given to you at booking.
A clean space as the early arrival is to clear the space and cleanse the energetic field.

A kitchen space to prepare the cacao and if there is no kitchen a fire and a big pot is required.
Containers for all participants to drink the cacao.
We recommend the circle starts around 4:30pm- 5pm so we can end before dinner time 7pm, it is suggested to have a light meal afterwards and lots of water.

We work with pure cacao from the jungle of the indigenous territory of Bri Bri in Talamanca.
We work with 15grams per person.
This is a small dose for first time drinkers yet strong enough to receive the connection.
Anyone is welcome to have more than one cup.

Theobroma Cacao which means Food of the Gods. From children to our elders everyone can drink this ancient medicine of the jungle.
Cacao releases serotonin, so it works as a mild antidepressant so if you are taking any SSRIs please let us know!

Physically helps
Kidney, Liver, Fatigue, Indigestion, Infections, hypochondriac melancholy, asthenia, depression.
Cacao is an antioxidant, highest plant source of Iron, full of magnesium and Calcium.
Spiritually it connects you to her spirit of Pure Love and simplicity. Used amongst indigenous tribes for certain ceremonies -rituals. It does not give visions, this is a very in the NOW feeling and connection to your heart.
