I am an ancestral bridge, a daughter of my lineages, and a lifelong student of nature. My path is one of curiosity, prayer, creativity, and service—guiding others back to their original connection while remembering that the medicine we seek also lives within us. I am the medicine.
MY JOURNEY
My journey began with my own healing, a desire to understand the ancestral traumas and patterns I carried, to reconnect with my lineages and their stories, and to remember my relationship with nature. I began with the understanding that my body is my temple. Before I could serve others, I needed to clear my own temple, my own house, and become more conscious of what I was carrying.
As I went deeper into my ancestry, I began to recognize that not everything I carried was mine. There were patterns and unconscious agreements that had traveled through generations, but there were also gifts waiting to be received. Healing became less about leaving the past behind and more about entering into relationship with my ancestors—honoring what came before while choosing which agreements I wanted to carry forward and which I was ready to change.
Nature became one of my greatest teachers. At a time when I was looking for something to hear me and feel me, I began building a relationship with the elements—first water, then Earth, wind, and fire. Through prayer, ritual, and ceremony, I began remembering our interconnectedness, the simplicity of gratitude, and the delicacy of life.
Service, however, has been part of me since childhood. My sister is deaf, and as a little girl I often became her translator, her person, her bridge to the world around her. My mother also brought us to orphanages and homes for the elderly to give our time in service. Today, that same thread continues through my work, while my own journey continues to unfold—bringing me back to art, creativity, curiosity, my inner child, and the joy of being alive.
WHAT I BELIEVE
We are not separate from nature.
We are nature remembering itself.
Our healing is a return to relationship with ourselves, our ancestors, the Earth, and the living world around us.
MY WORK & APPROACH
When you enter a space with me, my intention is for you to feel safe, seen, and free to arrive as you are. A space without judgment, where your inner child, your authentic expression, and whatever is present in the moment are welcome. I believe that when we feel safe enough to soften, we can begin to listen more deeply to what is moving within us.
My work weaves ritual, storytelling, visualization, meditation, sound, somatic expression, and ancestral teachings. I am not here to be your “teacher” or to tell you who you are. I am here to listen, reflect, ask questions, and walk beside you, sometimes as a lighthouse, illuminating what may already be there for you to see.
Ultimately, my intention is to guide you back into relationship: to remember that you are nature, that you are a living expression of those who came before you, and that your lineage carries not only wounds, but gifts and possibilities. When we enter into conscious relationship with what we have inherited, we have the opportunity to create new ways forward—for ourselves and for the generations yet to come.
To remember the medicine within, and bring your gifts into right relationship.
BRIDGING WORLDS
We are conditioned to believe that titles, status, education, and what we accumulate determine our value. Yet beneath all the identities we learn to wear, there is something much older asking to be remembered.
My journey has taken me through many different worlds—from conventional systems of business and achievement to the teachings of elders, ceremony, land, community, and ancestral ways of knowing. I have learned that the invitation is not necessarily to reject one world for another, but to develop the discernment to move between them without losing ourselves.
To know when to say yes and when to say no. To recognize the masks we wear and the roles we play. To listen to the energetics of a relationship, a project, or a place. And beneath all of it, to remain connected to that part of ourselves that existed before the titles, expectations, and definitions of who we were supposed to become.
The practice is learning to navigate these different worlds while remaining rooted in our original essence.
THE PATH CONTINUES
I am still learning, remembering, creating, and listening. I don't believe this path has a final destination, it continues to unfold through relationship, curiosity, prayer, nature, and the people we meet along the way.
